The format for the sessions will be a Keynote speaker and Panel for the Plenary Sessions and a moderated Panel Discussion for Break-out Sessions. Audience Participation is widely encouraged.

CSEF III will gather a group of regional and international experts in the areas of energy integration, energy access, renewable energy (including new technologies), financing and energy efficiency to deliver cutting edge presentations and insights into best practices, case studies, lessons and strategies for regional cooperation.
